This Internet site (hereinafter, the site) is a site of the Israeli Institute on Cognitive Accessibility of the Ami Association and Ono Academic College (hereinafter, the Institute).
2. The Site
The site is intended for the provision of general information and explanations regarding cognitive accessibility,
as well as provision of information regarding services offered by the Institute and examples of work performed by the Institute for various clients.
3. Information, Recommendations, and Graphics
The site contains information regarding cognitive accessibility, including:
information regarding services offered by the Institute; a promotional video of the Institute; explanations of concepts (text simplification, simple language, etc.); a guide for accessibility professionals (including links to an instructional pamphlet); various articles; icon databases; a database of terms; etc. (hereinafter, the information).
All information appearing on the site is provided with the purpose of giving a general survey and presentation of the field. The Institute makes no guarantee that all relevant information may be found on the site.
The Institute does not undertake continuously to maintain the currency of the information on the site, and shall not be responsible for any action performed on the basis of information found on the site.
A user who in any ways employs any information and/or renders decisions on the basis of the information does so on his or her own discretion and hereby waives any argument and/or claim and/or demand of the Institute owing to use of the information and/or reliance on the information as provided above.
Furthermore, the site contains pictures and icons of various types,
and these pictures and icons are intended solely for illustration and must neither be relied upon nor used in any way.
As specified above, all information found on the site is partial and is intended for the purpose of providing general information.
Publication of the information on the site shall in no way be cause for any responsibility and/or liability on the part of the Institute and/or whosoever of the employees thereof.
The Institute shall act to maintain proper function of the site. However, errors and failures concerning access to the site may arise, and the Institute does not undertake to operate the site continuously and/or without failure and/or while maintaining immunity to unauthorized access.
The user hereby waives any argument and/or claim and/or demand owing to damages caused him or her due to breach of the site and/or unauthorized use thereof.
To remove any doubt, any use of the site shall be solely in accordance with the present instructions for use and at the sole liability of the user.

All intellectual property rights to all information appearing on the site are the possession of the Institute.
Without prejudice to the preceding, let it be noted that any articles, professionals surveys, examples of text rendered accessible, icons, use of icons, etc. are part of the information to which the Institute possesses sole intellectual property rights.
Copying, photocopying, photography, distribution, sale, translation, and/or any use of the information and/or pictures and/or any other material found on the site is prohibited, whether such use is made on other Internet sites and/or through other media.
Any unauthorized use of material appearing on the site shall constitute a breach of the rights of the Institute, and the user is aware that he or she will be susceptible to claims owing to injury done to the rights of the Institute.
Notwithstanding the preceding, the Institute shall be entitled to assign, sell, license the use of, or do anything else with information found on the site, in accordance with its sole discretion.
6. Termination of Site Activity and Changes Thereto
The Institute does not undertake continuously to maintain the currency of the site and/or to operate it on an ongoing basis, and shall be entitled to choose temporarily or permanently to terminate the activity of the site.
The Institute shall be entitled to update and alter the material and information appearing on the site without providing advance notice and in accordance with its sole discretion.
7. Judgment and Jurisdiction
Sole jurisdiction shall be exercised by magistrate’s court in Rishon Letziyon or district court in Lod.
